- The machine
- It is bought in your name, and your tool accounts are in your name too. What it stores (your documents, the agent's memory, your automations) stays on that machine, which is used for you only.
- Who can reach it
- Nobody from the public Internet: the machine has no public entrance. You and the people you add reach it from your own devices, through a private network. Lobia reaches it too, to install and monitor it, because you share it with us.
- Your keys
- You type the keys to your tools yourself, in your own workspace, on your own machine. We never ask for them by email or by message.
- What leaves the machine
- The texts the agent has to process (an email to summarise, a quote to prepare) are sent to the AI model provider, a company separate from Lobia, to be processed. Actions in your tools (reading a calendar, preparing a draft) go through the connections you have authorised, with your rights and no more.
- Leaving
- Your data, the agent's memory and what it has produced are yours. At the end of the contract you receive a complete, readable export, and we remove our access to your machine, within 30 days.
